Oshinei Enterprsie Company Limited is the operator of Oshinei, one of the most popular Japanese restaurant brands in Thailand. Currently, the brand has 25 branches domestically and internationally.

Challenges

Oshinei saw business opportunities in other provinces. However, without an IT team, the company struggled to set up the backend infrastructure for the new branch. Therefore, they outsourced IT companies to procure servers and set up the point of sale (POS) systems.
